21st June marks both the Summer Solstice and International Yoga Day — a time celebrated around the world for wellbeing, mindfulness, and the connection between body and mind. As the sun rises on this special morning of renewal, light, and new beginnings, we invite everyone to pause, breathe, and restore.
No experience is needed — simply bring a mat, a blanket, and an open heart.
