Europa Donna Malta is hosting an event to raise funds for breast cancer awareness and to continue to support those affected by the disease.
Most of the models are breast cancer survivors who have undergone surgery and treatment that can lead to changes in their bodies, like chemotherapy which causes hair loss and regrowth which can affect survivors’ body- image. Despite these challenges, the message that Europa Donna Malta wants to convey is that there is life after breast cancer, and everyone is beautiful.
Survivors often come out of the experience with a renewed appreciation for life. This event is an opportunity to celebrate that feeling together.
