SUMMARY:Hearing Voices Self-Help Support Group
DESCRIPTION:\n\nHearing Voices self-help support group is currently being held every first Wednesday of the month at Richmond Foundation\, between 5:00 and 6:00 pm. \n\n\nThe aim of this group is to provide a space where participants can share and/or listen to the experiences of others regarding hearing voices or having visions that are apparently not experienced by those around them. \n\n\nDuring the group\, participants can: \n\n\n• Talk about voices/other experiences without fear of judgement \n\n\n• Receive support \n\n\n• Explore their experiences and develop new coping strategies (if they wish to) \n\n\nThe next group will be held on 1 st July at 5pm.
