DESCRIPTION:\nHearing Voices self-help support group is currently being held every first Wednesday of the month at Richmond Foundation\, between 5:00 and 6:00 pm. \n\n\nThe aim of this group is to provide a space where participants can share and/or listen to the experiences of others regarding hearing voices or having visions that are apparently not experienced by those around them. \n\n\nDuring the group\, participants can: \n\n\n• Talk about voices/other experiences without fear of judgement \n\n\n• Receive support \n\n\n• Explore their experiences and develop new coping strategies (if they wish to) \n\n\nThe next group will be held on 5th August at 5pm.
